Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00.

How fast can I get my order?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on 2 options you may choose from – Production and Shipping.

Production Options:

  • Standard Production is 7 business days or less
  • Hurry Production is 3 business days or less
  • Rush Production is 1 business day
  • Lightspeed Production is ships the same business day (requires a call to confirm)

*IMPORTANT: Production times do not include shipping times

Business days are Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm PST

Shipping Options:

  • Standard shipping is available via USPS and UPS
  • Expedited shipping is available via USPS and UPS

*Note: Shipping options vary in price and delivery time. (Sorry, we are not able to bill to a customer account).

What is your return policy?

Sign(s) may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a full refund or replacement if the reason is a result of our error (wrong text, color, or size, etc). To return an order that is incorrect, please contact us via email or phone call (888-586-7154).

My order never arrived. What should I do?

First off, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please, reach out to one of our Alpha Dog Team Members and someone will be happy to help you find, fix, and resolve your issue. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We always try to ensure to package our signs with care but understand sometimes things get damaged (we’ve all seen those packages during the holidays). As soon as you notice your sign damaged please reach out to one of our Alpha Dog Team Members.

If you are sending an email, please include pictures and a clear subject/message on what was broken, along with your order number. This way we can follow up with the appropriate shipping company.

Do you do custom signs?

Absolutely! Just email us what you need (sizes, quantities, colors, materials, etc., that are required) and we’ll see what we can do.
