How soon will I get my order?
It depends on the production speed you choose at checkout: Standard is 7 business days or less, Hurry is 3 business days or less, Rush is 1 business day, and Lightspeed ships the same business day (requires a call to confirm). Production time does not include shipping transit.
What is your return policy?
You may return sign(s) within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement if the issue is the result of our error (wrong text, color, or size). To start a return, email or call us at (916) 243-5669.
My order didn’t arrive, or arrived damaged — what should I do?
Reach out right away by phone or email and we’ll make it right — we’ll track it down or send a replacement as needed. We want you completely satisfied with your order.
Do you make custom signs?
