The time it takes to receive your order depends on 2 options. You may choose from – Production and Shipping. Production Options (selected during checkout):

• Standard Production is 7 business days or less
• Hurry Production is 3 business days or less
• Rush Production is 1 business day
• Lightspeed Production ships the same business day (requires a call to confirm)

*IMPORTANT: Production times do not include shipping times Business days are Mon-Fri with customer support available 9:00am – 4:30 pm PST Shipping Options:

• Standard (and Free) shipping is available via USPS and UPS
• Expedited shipping is available via UPS

*Note: Shipping options vary in price and delivery time. (Sorry, but we are not able to bill to a customer account).

You may return sign(s) within 10 days after delivery.

We’ll give you a full refund or replacement if the reason is a result of our error (wrong text, color, or size, etc.) To return an order that is incorrect, please  email us or call us (916-699-1390).

We always try to ensure to package our signs with care but understand sometimes things get damaged (we’ve all seen those packages during the holidays.) Please reach out to one of our Alpha Dog Team Members as soon as you notice your sign was damaged.

When sending an email, please include pictures and a clear subject/message on what was broken, along with your order number. This way we can follow up with the appropriate shipping company.
