We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your ADA signage order. In some cases, you may return your sign(s) within 10 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns of Custom Sign Orders, signs which fall under Order Type B, or returns made more than 10 days after delivery.
Order Type A:
These are our ‘standard’ (meaning not custom) ADA signs and are eligible for a refund or replacement if the product(s) is returned to Alpha Dog ADA Signs undamaged.
Returned Order Type A Signs will:
- Include a Service Charge and Restocking Fee (15%) which will be deducted from the credit card used to place the order
- Customer will be responsible for the Shipping Cost to return the product(s).
- Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned product(s).
To return a sign which falls under the Order Type A category, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned product(s).
Order Type B & Custom Sign Orders:
Since we manufacture these signs on a per-order basis and do not have a ‘stock’ inventory of these types of products we do not offer exchanges or refunds/returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted signs. Custom Orders/Order Type B signs are, but not limited to, custom text, custom colors, custom shapes, custom material, added assets (logos, textures, etc.) entered and chosen by the customer.
In some instances, a refund/exchanges for Order Type B & Custom Sign Orders within 10 days of delivery will be accepted if:
- The reason is a result of Alpha Dog ADA Signs error (wrong text, color, size, etc.).
To return/replace an order that is incorrect, please first contact us via email (contact@alphadogadasigns.com) or call (916-243-5669). Alpha Dog ADA Signs will be happy to fix the error and will correct the product and ship it to you at no additional cost.
Cancellation/Change Policy
You may cancel or change any ‘Standard’ production order up to 12 hours after placing it for a 15% fee. However, custom sign orders or orders with LIGHTSPEED, RUSH and HURRY production may not be canceled or changed.
Refund/Replacement Policy
For valid refunds, you should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
For valid replacement requests, you should receive your signs within 7-10 business days.
