Shipping & Returns
How fast we produce and ship your order, how tracking works, and how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled — in plain English.
Standard is 5 business days or less. Hurry (≤3 days), Rush (next business day), and Lightspeed (same-day, call to confirm) are available at checkout. Production time excludes shipping transit.
Shipped from our U.S. shop via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with tracking. USPS Priority is typically 1–3 days by zip code.
Standard signs: return within 10 days for a refund or replacement. Custom signs: covered only if the error is ours — and we fix it free.
Shipping
We ship every order from our U.S. shop via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
USPS Priority Mail
Delivery is typically 1–3 days depending on your zip code; you can check estimated delivery areas on USPS’ Priority Mail Delivery Map. Note that USPS tracking usually updates only at final delivery rather than step-by-step along the way.
UPS Ground
UPS tracking can take 1–2 days to begin updating. If you see an error when you first check, please allow that time to pass before reaching out.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier right away — and contact us so we can help make it right.
Returns
We want you satisfied with your ADA signage. Returns work a little differently for standard versus custom signs:
Return within 10 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Signs should come back to us in resalable condition.
Custom orders — custom text, color, shape, material, or added assets — can’t be returned for a change of mind. If the error is ours (wrong text, color, or size), we’ll make it right: contact us within 10 days and we’ll correct and reship at no additional cost.
Returns made more than 10 days after delivery can’t be accepted. To start a return or report an error, email contact@alphadogadasigns.com or call (916) 243-5669 first — please don’t ship anything back until we’ve confirmed the details.
Cancellations & changes
Standard production orders can be canceled or changed up to 12 hours after they’re placed, for a 15% fee. Custom orders, and any order using Lightspeed, Rush, or Hurry production, can’t be canceled or changed once placed — they move into production right away.
Refund & replacement timing
Refunds: once we receive your return, expect your refund within 2–4 weeks. That window includes our processing time (3–5 business days) and your bank’s processing time (5–10 business days) — often it’s faster.
Replacements: approved replacements typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
